As a general rule, we do not send diplomas since our online courses are private and not accredited by the education authorities, but you can send us an email with your name and your course order number and we will send you a personalized diploma.

Yes. Once you’ve watched the course, if you have any questions or need help, you can send an email with your questions to info@isomaltmayterodriguez.com. Mayte personally answers all questions about the courses.

Log in to the website with your username and password and go to “My Account” > “Downloads”. Click on “Downloads”. You will download a PDF file containing the course information, the access link, and your password.

Whenever you want to access it, you must do so from the PDF you downloaded.
