IMPORTANT INFORMATION: While lollipops can be kept in good condition for up to a year if stored properly, their shelf life can be significantly shorter depending on the climate and humidity levels. If exposed to humidity, they may develop a slightly dull appearance. If this happens, you can easily fix it using a kitchen torch. Remove the lollipop from its bag, use the kitchen torch to remove the dullness, and when it’s almost cool, place it back in the bag and seal it.
