PASTEL SUGAR PEARLS 2MM

Pastel 2mm sugar pearls are a trendy way to decorate all kinds of sweets. Sprinkle them on your creations such as cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, isomalt lollipops, or chocolate.

Pearl measurements: 2mm

Suitable for isomalt, caramel and chocolate

Ingredients: Corn starch, glucose, sugar, maltodextrin, thickener (E414), glazing agents (E903, E904), colors E133, E151, E102(*), E129(*), E120(*).

(*) WARNING: These colorants may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children

May contain traces of: soy, milk, nuts.

This product is: Gluten-free, kosher, halal.

The core of these sprinkles is made of semolina. This ensures a nice, tight shape, but also makes the sprinkle quite hard.

Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and at a temperature between 18-25ºC
