STICKS AND PEARLS PASTEL MIX

Pastel-colored sticks and pearls are a trendy way to decorate all kinds of sweets. Sprinkle them on your creations like cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, isomalt lollipops, or chocolate lollipops.

Suitable for isomalt, caramel and chocolate

Ingredients: Glucose, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (E470b), thickening agent (E414), glazing agents (E903, E904), syrup

of malt, colorings E133, E151, E102(*), E129 (*)

(*) WARNING: These colorants may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children

Allergens: see ingredients in bold.

May contain traces of: soy, milk, nuts.

This product is: Gluten-free, kosher, halal.

The core of these sprinkles is made of semolina. This ensures a nice, tight shape, but also makes the sprinkle quite hard.

Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and at a temperature between 18-25ºC
