In this course, I will introduce you to the casting and stretching technique, focusing on artistic pieces made of isomalt sugar. You will learn the pure technique to succeed with any artistic piece.
You’ll learn to use the casting technique to create 3D artistic pieces. You’ll make a hat, but the interesting thing is that you’ll be able to make any 3D decoration.
I will teach you how to make different leaves and flowers using the same technique in its different versions.
You will learn the importance of controlling heat and timing
The aim of this course is to introduce you to the field of artistic sculpture and enable you to master the techniques.
COURSE CONTENT
- I will introduce you to the course with a brief theory on the importance of proper isomalt preparation to achieve better results.
- I will show you the tools needed to work with this technique.
- Using the casting technique, I will teach you how to make a 3D hat
- I will make leaves and flowers like lavender, roses, and different filler decorations for the floral bouquet.
- You’ll learn something super important: preservation. How to preserve isomalt while you’re working with it and how to preserve the finished piece.
- You will see the importance of proper assembly and mounting of the final piece
- I’ll give you tips and tricks
