Metallic gold pearl mix is a combination of edible sugar pearls in three sizes: 2, 4, and 7 mm.
Perfect for adding an elegant and festive touch to your creations. Shiny and decorative, ideal for any occasion, from cupcakes and cookies to cakes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat starch, glucose syrup, colors E101 and E172, anti-caking agent E555, glazing agent shellac.
Store in a dry place at a temperature between 15-25ºC
